I lost it when she said milk can be consumed. It’s a white poison and it’s loaded with antibodies and huge estrogen. There are evidence based research on milk leading to infertility issues and cardiac related disease .I disagree with her on milk

MaamMa'am I'm really tensed. I haven't got my periods since April 2021. My weight is 60kg and i have started few excercise like pcod specialised yoga, cardio workout. But the only difference I saw was I felt less bloated, I lost few inches..since it's just 10 days of strict workout I can feel only these differences.
Could you please suggest me something? What shall I do to regulate my periods?
