@@Nitelight9 for whatever reason I just can't seem to figure out which combination of weapons/sub-weapons that I should be focusing on.
Some of the previous ones suggested I don't have at the rarity that's needed to push through.
Honestly, I think that would be an amazing video on just some additional builds and weapons to focus on for PATK/MATK.

Pulling for Sephy's Garb is a good call actually. Might be useful in the future content but trying to stay as min spending as possible.
Same. I spent some on passes and treasure pass, but I'm going f2p as of 2 weeks ago from here on out.
One can replace Aeriths healing limit break with Ramuh for example for that extra dps.
For sure! My Ramuh nothing to write home about, but that is a great suggestion.

How do I make the AI actually cast Aero? Lol, I don't have Wind weapons so they keep casting all the weapon abilities instead of any of the spells. I even stacked Sephiroth with 3 Aero's and he's ignoring it
Is the weapon ability a debuff-type ability? The AI loves to prioritize debuffs.

@@Nitelight9 Thanks again! The AI debuffing too much was holding me back. I took a small hit to the stats by switching weapons out but after sorting it out, I was able to clear following your video!

I think it depends when you started playing. I know there are quite a bit of people struggling with it.
ROFL easiest fight if the fight was easy i have a team that meets the recommended CP or just a bit over the CP if it was easy i wouldnt be going on at least 15 times trying to find out how to kill this fight and sorry nitelight9 as nice as your video is it doesnt help at all even your CP is just a little bit hight then mine
Sorry man. After I beat it and recorded the vid, I tried another 4 times to do it with a weaker team (no motor drive) using same general strategy and I just couldn't make it work. As you can see from the video, I only had about 5 seconds myself before I would have been 1-shot-killed. @@hottytomgaming
That's a fucking lie and a half. I had zero problems with being F2P with the two EX watermelon tonberries but this stupid ass "make more enemies to make content more difficult" can eat my dick.

Yes, it is a true DPS race for this fight. You have to get him down before that last Surge. Don't try to survive it... focus all of your energy on killing him before he gets it off.

Yeah this is absolutely bullshit. I've gone through about 5 or 6 different "F2P" individuals who all seemingly have the exact same gear and shit that I do and I keep getting stomped no matter what I do. I'm about ready to quit this fucking cash grab of a game in spite of how much I love FF7.
Square has fallen hard in the last 15 years.
If you want to describe your team comp and where you are having trouble, (like how close to killing him are you when he does the team wipe) I'd be happy to try to try to help you man! I failed at least 20-30 times on this boss before I finally figured him out.
Dude, how did you get the double debuff from the sumersault? I can't recreate that. Was it a crit? Since you have crit r ability for Tifa second weapon slot. That's the only thing I'm missing.
I'm not 100% sure what you are referring to by "double" but I will try to guess. Just let me know if it's something different. Tifa's somersault gives mid potency debuff to PDEF & MDEF (mid would be two/double arrow). If you were looking at the MATK debuff, that is from the weapon ability (Uppershot) of Tiger Fangs, which is Mid potency as well, but unlike somersault, can be stacked up to High Potency (3 arrows down).
