The 10.2km Afrisipa-Tekyire by-pass on the Sunyani- Kumasi Highway project is being constructed to enable Newmont Ghana Ltd to undertake its mining operations and related activities without interfering with traffic flow on the existing Road alignment.
Just like the Konongo bypass and Osino bypass, the Afrisipa Techire Bypass will improve the overall transportation network in Ghana.

I am quite impressed by the quality work and beauty of the newly asphalted Kumasi/Sunyani Hwy, it looks so clean and beautiful, I hope it stays that way forever😊. From watching your Channel I'm noticing road-lights on just one side of the road and nothing on the other. Is that the architect of this newly Kumasi/Sunyani Hwy, or there would be other road-lights to be added on the other side of this road as well? If there should be new changes added to what's now there in the future, kindly make new video of it, because I believe everyone would just like that, especially those in abroad that are from the Ahafo/Bono regions😊. I just passed there to Techire yesterday. Good road but affecting the people of Techire especially the taxi drivers. Their jobs is now collapse.
