I created my LLC in July 2021as a single member. I wasn't aware that I had to file an ECE with the IRS and it had to be done within 75 days of formation until today! I was told that i don't want my LLC to be automatically classified as a Disregarded Entity. The problem is I'm not sure what classification I should elect. I would like to pay as little self employment tax as possible.
What about reimburstments assistance in case you're out and need something for your business, but dont have your business credit card, then have to use your personal card?

What about get a business address and getting local licensing from the city or town your business is registered in? Also, getting registered with the state's Dept of Revenue...👀Seems everyone only worries and talks about the federal part. Nobody ever seems to talk about and point out the just as equally important state and local municipality requirements. There's a LOT of moving parts to getting set up in business and its tiring to hear it made out to be so simplistic and underwhelming when it's anything but.
