One of my favorite documentaries about crowd management is The David Meade Crowd Control Documentary on youtube. In this 1 hour documentary, you will learn several points to further research so you can teach others about crowd management.
That information would make good for enhancing the software itself (algorithms?). I do not develop software but I do know that it is only as good as the information used to develop it and the information in your video would be beneficial.

@BNR 1 The software would provide real-time analysis to help authorities make timely decisions and deployments. Additionally, the software has no emotion as opposed to authorities who could be emotionally caught up in the moment which could affect their decision making process.
