Creme brûlée’s so much easier. It only needs ice cream and an egg, then topped with melted sugar(with a little water please; makes life much easier). The way to cook it is preheat the oven at 325 degree fahrenheit; mix fully melted, but cool ice cream and egg yolk in a ramekin; then give it a hot water bath in the oven for 40 minutes. Let it cool, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. 30 minutes after creme is out of the fridge melt the sugar WITH a little water or use a blowtorch to bubble your brûlée on the creme. Don’t burn the caramel. And the “chai wala patila” is called a saucepan.
