No, you shouldn't, because your phone is carrier locked and the firmware that you are trying to flsh is of unlocked phone, so it imposible, even you might soft brick your phone.

If you phone is carrier locked means it been contracted by samsung with your sim carrier for example with jio and only jio sim is gona work on carrier locked phone even if you try using other sim from any region even from india like airtel they will not work but you said that both sim are working means you phome is carrier unlocked
