I've been stacking since June of 2022. I'm almost a full year in, and today I now have 3.8oz of gold. I got my first Gold Buffalo yesterday, a (2023). I started out with a 1oz eagle and then I kept buying 1/10 - 1/4oz whenever i could until I had near 3oz. Then I slowed down my buying to 1oz buys quarterly to lower my premium. I sleep better at night with all the economic uncertainty out there with a little stack of gold under my pillow. Cheers!

Started building gold up after the last crisis in 2011...finally met my goal this last year of having gold as one of my pillers so even if all my other investments, saving, income producing assets go to the dogs I can continue doing ok just off that investment. Of course as the price of gold and inflation goes up, that investment gets better and better. But one thing in the vid thats much more important is getting out and living a quality life...This has become my main mission in life and thankfully am able to do it but only because early on I made my fitness and health a priority. No one talks about this, but no matter how much wealth you have, if you can't live how you would like what good is it? Get fit now!! Your old you will thank you for it.

I pay my bills 5 months ahead , have been doing that since I was a truck driver being away from home 3 to 6 months at a time , I've since quit over the road many years ago but continue the 5 months ahead on bills , anything that pops up or an emergency is covered , I've got no mortgage as I paid it off , and no other payments , so I'm building my retirement on what was my mortgage payment every month and buying whatever yellow or shiny metal I can every two weeks as I get paid , it works for me as I'm alone and don't have any dependents ,
As with all things , there are some things I do that everyone can do to help them in the long run , I didn't just start this last week , I started doing this 40 years ago , it's a lifestyle , a habit , looking forward to the future , NOT RIGHT NOW !

I’m coming to the conclusion that I should be less worried about buying low and just get to buying in general. I have no plan yet as this just clicked with me last week but I do know I wanna have something if the dollar goes to crap and I wanna have some diversity by the time I’m old enough to retire. I think I’m going to start buying a 1/4 oz/ month like you did until I can afford to buy more.

Very solid advice that’s often easy to forget and helpful when heard from a fellow stacker. There’s a lot of hype and drama in the stacking world and it’s almost at a toxic level where people seem to WANT these bad things to happen so they can be right and have the “upper hand” with their stacks. Not a fan. Your approach however is refreshing and appreciated. Very well rounded. Thanks for that.

Going stoic is good advice…I wasn’t as disciplined as you but I made sure I got some PM’s each year when I had some spare money. Now I’m also working on a bit of cash liquidity. It feels a bit counterintuitive, I’d rather buy some ounces. But two ounces worth of cash money is just for when the ATM’s or banks quit working. Just make several pots of gold, silver, cash, some mining stocks, food, and all that good stuff…squirrel’s gonna squirrel…

I’m starting to scale heavier into gold than silver at this point, I’m still going to buy some silver, but not at the rate I was buying.
Actually I’m waiting on a 1 ounce Eagle and a half ounce Maple to be delivered today. I’ve decided to be more aggressive and buy a half ounce a month, but if something unexpected pops up, I may pull back to a quarter ounce a month. Again, great content and will be looking forward to future videos.

Sounds good to me. The essence of stacking is to make it a routine to the extent possible. It's like dedicating money towards a savings or
retirement account on a regular basis. It really is amazing at how regular additions, even when smaller than we might like, add up. I also
like to keep some cash on hand in case of an emergency. Thanks to that, I won't need to dip into my PMs stack to pay an unexpected bill,
unless something truly awful comes along. Here's hoping that nothing like that does happen but if it does, well, that's one of the reasons
why it is good to stack PMs.

The black hole of buy precious metal is the PREMIUMS. In los angeles, last time I purchased "1oz of Sunshine bar" the premium was $80 per oz + spot. You are selling at spot during a demand cycle then it does not feel so painful.

another positive for quarter oz coins is selling them online. feels less risky selling a $500 piece compared to a $2000 1oz piece. of course if just selling to LCD that isn't an issue and makes more sense to buy 1oz to save on premiums.

I love Gold Maple Leafs! So shiny, bright and sparkly... especially with those cool radial lines! Yeah, a little smaller and daintier, but if you stack a bunch then they don't feel so small. But, I've recently switched to stacking Eagles, just b/c I should have some coins from the homeland. Getting used to their dull, matte lustre and awkward size 😉but happy enough all the same. I'm doing 1/4 oz per month... I know people poopooh the idea but I think it's great b/c I can afford it, it's doable and I've been able to stack more gold than I would've thought was ever possible for lil 'ol me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not RICH (well, that's all relative, I suppose) but my stack is growing slowly but surely! Cheers!

I agree and in general see anyone using fear as a component of their sales pitch as catering to the dark side. This includes anyone selling
everything from goods, to PMs, to politics, and religion. Anyone using fear to sell these things should be ignored because the chance of
them being right are minimal. I like to calculate the odds of various scenarios. This is not true math but it does have a math component
to it. Low odds means that something is very unlikely to happen. I note that this *could* happen but that it's unlikely. Still, I can dedicate
a small amount of my resources to it and consider it as insurance. High odds means that something is likely to happen and this is where
I want to dedicate the bulk of my resources. In no case that I know of is becoming hysterical about something helpful in finding a solution.
