🌸 RECIPE
Ingredients: ~5medium pancake
- 1 banana (~150g)
- 1 egg
- 65g brown rice flour
Recipe:
1. Mash banana with folk.
2. Add egg and brown rice flour and mix well.
3. Pour mixture onto preheated pan.
4. Cook on medium heat.
5. When small bubbles appear on surface, flip the pancake.
6. Cook on the other side.
7. Ready to enjoy.

- バナナ 1本 (~150g)
- たまご 1個
- 米粉 65g
レシピ:
1. フォークでバナナを潰す。
2. たまごと米粉を加え、混ぜ合わせる。
3. 温めたフライパンに流し入れ、中火で焼く。
4. 表面に小さい泡が見え始めたら、ひっくり返す。
5. 反対側も焼けたら、出来上がり。

I just made something like this the other week, I didn't have a recipe so I made it up myself.
1 banana
1tsp oil
1 egg
50 to 80 gr barley flour depending on batter thickness(oat flour if you want gluten free option)
pinch of salt, 1 tbsp sugar(optional, cuz banana is sweet)
3/4 tsp baking powder.
It turned out pretty good.
