3 easy dessert recipes for Valentine's Day
In this video I have collected 3 excellent dessert ideas for Valentine's Day.
The log of love cake, the perfect cake to prepare for a romantic dinner, the quick and easy puff pastry hearts, if there are no cherries, we can replace them with black cherries in syrup and finally the shortcrust pastry hearts filled with tasty jam whichever you like best or we can fill them with hazelnut cream.
There are 3 types of recipes that are easy to prepare and all three are super tasty, amaze your loved one and delight him!!!!
INGREDIENTS
TRUNK OF LOVE
for the biscuit dough
4 eggs
40ml of sunflower seed oil
50ml of water
60ml of 00 flour
60g of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 vial of rum aroma
For the filling
250g of ricotta
50g of icing sugar
250g of cream
100g of chocolate chips
PUFFY PASTRY HEARTS
2 rectangular rolls of puff pastry
400ml of very cold sweetened cream
300g of cherries
some cherries and mint leaves to decorate
1 egg
caster sugar
SHORTBREAD HEARTS
FOR ABOUT 22 BISCUITS
500g of flour 00
200g of sugar
2 large eggs
100g of oil
1 sachet of baking powder
the juice of an orange
powdered sugar
For the filling, jam to taste or hazelnut cream
according to your tastes
