Yes po. Speed session ay for everyone beginners or elite, or kahit sa medyo overweight kasi dedepende naman po yung speed nyan sa individual capacity ng bawat isa. Food? before morning runs i dont eat heavy, bread and coffee lang pag gising. after ng run tyaka ako nag be-breakfast. Energy? get enough sleep yun ang mas mahalaga.
Unfortunately hindi po, kailangan ko po munang mag rest sa long races para sa upcoming 42k sa Nov. and Dec. 1 sa Milo. And may 10k race po pala ako sa Oct 5.☺

Kumusta po yung bigat at toe box?
