  • Begin in a half-kneeling, squat, and lunge position based on your movement you want to improve. Then use a theraband or similar resistance band underneath your foot with the strap attached so it is attempting to pull your foot inwards. Keep pressure on the band using your inner arch and attempt to rotate your knee outwards.
