Just wow! Saw Wayne in the 80s, when my parents did coach trips to shows and my Grandad was one of the men picked to go up on stage. He pointed at my dad who was dragged up, strangely along with another coach driver from Ripon, who got the voices treatment (my dad was the low voice). Well, how we did not die laughing that night is anyone’s guess as my dad fiddled nervously with the keys on his belt looking so embarrassed and my grandad looking like he was going to explode with laughter- never seen him laugh so much! I wish phone camera technology had been around then as I am so sad not to have it on film, but I am glad clips like this are now available for all to see. A very talented man who did not deserve to get the awful debilitating illness he has. Just a fabulous act.
