I am really glad I started watching this series. I have to say the Majesty and Empresses throne room is so elegantly furnished . That throne with all the magnificent carvings is spectacular. The tables with the bent legs… I would love them in my home. All the decor is so timeless. Is all of this just a set or actually real palace’s? I hope there are more series to watch. I have watched Ruyi, Empresses, Yangxi and now this. I also understand that the same actors throughout these series star in modern up to date series. Are these just as enjoyable, and what are the titles?Thank you!!

The guy left Haolan to her fate just because he needed the power alliance from marrying Xiuyu. He wouldn't have been a good husband for Haolan either. Ill tempered and selfish, and forsaking the woman who once loved him.

Love this story BUT couldn't they use more looked after horses ,they look in horrible condition, the Maine's are all knotted poor thinking by producers, if your going to spend a fortune to make a great movie, note some small things that become large noticeable things!!!!
