Let me give you a concept: If you have a great lot put a huge fence around and do your village inside, in order to treat the garbage and to generate your own energy. You know what will be happen? People who leave in this village will make money just selling their energy and fertilizer (from the organic garbage). Besides if the people put money during the construction you can give to them actions and remunerate it each month. Regards
