If you wanted to show your deep knowledge you would mention some other pedantic issue. You could have said the 10 minute assessment can only be used outside the US because of FDA clearance minutia. They can only fly the 20 minute flag in the US. You can't use things like A10 + 10 = A20 unless you are in a country that accepts that. Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
