What made her win the case. Was his doing he klled it when he said, “ ppl who are looking to loosing weight and ppl who are going into Bariatric surgery isn’t looking for plus size clothing”…. See that was the nail in his coffin. if he would’ve simply told that message/Analyzation to her she wouldn’t won.
He was 100% correct, it was pure logic. If I was an obese lady going through painful expensive procedures the last person I'd want to hear from would be an obese lady, I'd want to see and hear from slim healthy women.
This is not smart. You can tell because she doesn’t understand the value of qualitative study vs. quantitative study and she just prints out a ream of studies on obesity, which are not at all targeted to what she was looking for. This is, “I googled something and I’m trying to describe this thing I don’t actually understand, which is why I’m talking in circles without even realizing it.” It’s what most of y’all sound like to those of us who actually attended law school.
One time I had decided it was time that I take into account the time of everything that I had been deeming was essentially what I was talking about but yet no one really understood what I was saying per se. That's basically what it sounded like listening to the plaintiff speaking 🤣 I had no idea where she was going half the time.
That’s exactly what she’s doing. She’s one of those people who isn’t actually saying anything that supports she has knowledge of empirical study, but she’s using enough $5 words to keep people who also don’t have a background in empirical study from questioning her.
I loved her response to the smartass, at the conclusion of the case… he asked where would she be if it weren’t for him… she said “Where I am today, without him”. She stands on her own ; educated, beautiful and doubted by ignorant people who she is far ahead of. Go Queen.
The judge was fair once again, she is vague in her language and should've hired a lawyer to make sure the contract was as specific as possible so that it had the 5Ws of what she wanted. She wanted them to focus on 1 niche and figure out if she should pursue her business, but they researched broad markets and didn't even include the most important findings. As a communication major, and future lawyer, I like watching court cases and analyzing where the communication went wrong, and it's often because people assume that the other person knows what they mean with X when the other person heard Y.
What the plaintiff was really looking for is a public relations campaign plan and not a marketing plan. Marketing plan does the research and studies the market but a PR plan would give a detailed plan on how to execute it
She clearly said her business was focusing on providing image consulting services to people throughout their weight loss journey. I don't know what part of that sounded like she wanted to sell clothes to fat people. Many people going through extreme weight loss do have issues adjusting to their changing body; this sounds like a necessary service to me.

Agree, she's very pretty
This case had me bambooozled
how do you ask skinny women and men do plus size women have a problem w/ being called plus size smh
I would buy anything from the plaintiff. She is so articulate and knowledgeable. Love her.
SWOT Analysis! Did so many of those in college.
She's too smart for her own damn good even Judge M. Didn't know wtf she was talking about lol pretty though
This is not smart. You can tell because she doesn’t understand the value of qualitative study vs. quantitative study and she just prints out a ream of studies on obesity, which are not at all targeted to what she was looking for. This is, “I googled something and I’m trying to describe this thing I don’t actually understand, which is why I’m talking in circles without even realizing it.” It’s what most of y’all sound like to those of us who actually attended law school.
the judge got bored and just threw 1k at her to shut her up, that judge is brilliant.
Plaintiff: I have stage fright
Judge: You do naaaaaht
That was a cute exchange
One time I had decided it was time that I take into account the time of everything that I had been deeming was essentially what I was talking about but yet no one really understood what I was saying per se.
That's basically what it sounded like listening to the plaintiff speaking 🤣 I had no idea where she was going half the time.
That’s exactly what she’s doing. She’s one of those people who isn’t actually saying anything that supports she has knowledge of empirical study, but she’s using enough $5 words to keep people who also don’t have a background in empirical study from questioning her.
Overall she made sense but she does try hard to sound super intelligent which can be annoying to ppl who don’t care
This is one case in which I thought the judge needed to allow the defendants more room to present their case.
I’d say she’s making it up as she goes along. Lots of jib jab talk. Bugger all substance
She talks very well in front of a camera she just can't articulate what the heck she's talking about lolol 😂
I get it. She wanted a full rounded marketing agreement with women of all sizes. Not just Plus-Size women the marketers created.
" The plus size market is a growing market."
The plaintiff is full of baloney she should have done her own research.
Marketing plan does the research and studies the market but a PR plan would give a detailed plan on how to execute it
I’d love to support her company, she ABSOLUTELY overly intelligent
In a real court case the plaintiff would not have a case. There is no "ruff justice" or partial refund. It is one way or another in small claims.
So she wants to peddle "fat clothes" at weight LOSS facilities.
This seems highly offensive in that it assumes you'll fail and need gigantic clothing.
Deep and makes sense 🤔
She clearly said her business was focusing on providing image consulting services to people throughout their weight loss journey. I don't know what part of that sounded like she wanted to sell clothes to fat people. Many people going through extreme weight loss do have issues adjusting to their changing body; this sounds like a necessary service to me.
@@HighMaintenanceMinimalist "Image Consulting"= peddling fat clothing to obese women. How about waiting until they reach their goals and buy off the rack , rather than wasting a lot of money on overpriced "specialized clothes".
It's a gimmick
Big words doesn't mean you're smart. Damn this was annoying to listen too. A whole lot of nothing being said.
How does a Buffalo talk about working with people to diet!!!!!???
Come on
My head hurts.
When the judge makes the pun at 11:46. Or maybe it's just me😂🤷♀️🙋♀️
Doesn't seem like she has stage fright, considering what she just did in front of millions!
Social media now can do that
That’s a lot of paperwork for just half an hour.🤦🏾♀️
Weight loss is awesome, super supportive of this but this lady is just greedy as hell. They did exactly what she paid for but wants double what she paid?
This black woman is all that. Smart, beautiful, articulate and elegant.
Geez.... she's exhausting
Her whole business model sound like a scam to me
She got grant money
@@michellejessey8654 ok?
Very articulate lady.
Weight loss is such a BROAD subject.
It seems the defendant didn't get a chance to speak much in this case.
When will people learn to stop paying in full up front????
It’s strange how far we go to normalize obesity. Her business plan was confusing, she should have don’t it herself. The plaintiff has a very specific niche. She is well spoken though
@@cai1593 it doesn’t. But ironically, it seems like my comment affected you much…why is that?
@@cai1593 good! Learn to ask questions for clarity instead of asking questions cus you’re triggered. Good day
As a plus size lady myself, I don't let that bother me unless I don't know the person
