My iPhone 11 Pro Max suddenly stopped working (for no reason) and got stuck in a reboot loop. I tried a few paid softwares that did not work. I had just about gave up on it ever working again. After watching your video, I decided to open it up and unplugged the flex as you recommended. I did a hard restart and I was in shock when the phone started right up. I was able to create a backup and save all my data. Thank you so much!! You're a genius!!

Worked great for me, tried some 3rd party software that didnt work but with this guide I was able to update, backup and transfer it to a new iphone

It works!! I was ready to put a hammer through my 11 Pro before I tried the restore without the flex cable attached. It restored first time, and with all my data intact. However when I reconnect the flex the phone goes into a loop with the apple logo and never boots up. Does this mean I need to replace that flex / speaker assembly? It has very mild signs of water damage.

Hi! Do you recommend changing the screen entirely? I unplugged the Face ID cable and my phone booted up. I closed the phone and put the screws back on but I'm scared it's going to do some damages in the long term. Hoping you see this!!

Hello, I have the same problem with my iphone 11 pro max, it shows up the same error 4013 and that it does not recognize my phone, when I try to restore my phone the blue bar is loading and right before it ends it shows up these two problems.I want to try this out what you have done, but I don't think that I'll make it. Is it possible to send the phone to you so you can fix it ? Cause nobody here in Germany could help and apple wants 528 euro for that.

You dont need to restore it you just unpluged the sensor and it will work directly,i did it without restore it

Hello, when I use my iPhone freezes and the screen shows pink lines so after that automotically shuts down, restarts and heats up... I don't know why. Even when I charge my iPhone heats up anyway. A friend of mine checked and told me the flex is damaged but original brand so I replaced it but still have the same problem but a less frequent. Have you ever seen something similar to this? Please help.😔
The screen shows a pink line means LCD might be damaged and there are s many possibilities for heating can you say which section on the back is heating the most.
@@thegsmsolution1 there's not heating at specific section, it heats up in the back and front. :/ and if I don't use it during 10 minutes or more and I try to turn it on it works perfectly but the issue happens again after one hour or days...
Is there any problem shows on the specific problem like on wifi, Bluetooth, no service, etc.

my phone has the same issue. i dropped it in the shower. 2 years it has never happened before. ive even dropped it in the tub before
