I made aaloo qeema cutlets & qeema chana pulao yesterday. They both came out excellent. I also bought aaloo and baingan to make. so thankfully your recipe is here. I have got a few extra spices which I never bought before but since I have been making your haandis I have bought more. I will go out in the morning to get methi and a couple of other spice n let you all know how this baingan dish turned out. In 1982, my bhabi was so good with her kids and all other kids in the house, she used this nursery rhyme, aloo kachaloo, kahan gayay thay, sabzi ke toukaree main so rahay thay, baingan ne laat maaree ro rahay thay, gajar be pyar kiya, huns rahay thay. Her voice was excellent, she was the life of parties, and the main dholki girl and her shaadee waalay songs, she is in Chicago now, I still get her videos and photos of family weddings and dholki. Those 80's days will never come back. Great memories.
