It is coming along great! Sure you thought of this or was suggested, but remember to include a legend where everything is in the house, emergency numbers, amenities, electric panel, main water shut-off, grocery stores, pizza, hospital, urgent care clinic, etc. And include the address of the property. Happened to us when ordering pizza and no one could remember the correct address. Also include where firstaid is, towels & makeup towels and what is supposed to be used for what. Sometimes as a renter, you're not sure what goes where and it helps. Could include one of ideas for day trips in nearby cities. So happy for all of you, can't wait to see updates.
It rains a lot in Florida so maybe umbrellas or ponchos? Shoe tray by front door for wet shoes? Extra towels

It’s beautiful! We have 6 kids so it’s hard to find a place to fit us all. My Tia Clarita lives in Miami and her condo is too small for all of us so it’s wonderful how you wanted to accommodate a big family. We want to plan a trip back to Orlando with the kids so I will keep an eye out for your info. My Tia Clarita will be so excited to get to stay with us too. Blessings to you all.

I would definitely have that front door changed so it opens inwards for safety reasons.

Congratulations Belinda! We have been staying at a home in Highland’s Reserve in Davenport for the last 10 years. We would love to buy it from the owner but I think they are going to keep it in the family. Still hopeful lol . I tell people all the time, renting a home is the best way to do Disney. Especially with young kids!
Awesome! Congratulations. Some suggestions: a nice idea for the game room or living room could also be a few board games and puzzles for the rainy days...I'm not into video games, but with a big family, a game of Catan or Monopoly. Also, puzzles for the little visitors would be awesome. Maybe a popcorn machine? fondue maker...also fun for big families. Maybe have a bookcase with some books they can borrow, to read at the pool or to get to know Florida's history...thanks for sharing!

As a Disney adult I’d want to stay in one of themed rooms too. Keeps ya in the Disney bubble. It’s the reason we usually stay at the resort but we’d love to stay in an Airbnb with the extended family!

The only thing I suggest that in second upstairs living room make sure no sofa is up against a half wall for safety of climbing children. I couldn’t tell!

What is the cleaning going to be like? Who will clean the home before arriving? Due to covid, I am very careful where I stay for the sake of my child and myself who are at high risk so I'm always looking for a very clean place to stay. Also, I think having sanitizer and sanitizing wipes to clean remote controls, handles, light switches, etc will be nice. Will carpets be cleaned?

What a blessing to have this lovely home. I know it is fun getting it ready. Just sharing in case you want to write something about the listing, master bedroom is a word not being used for sells or rentals, you should use the word primary bedroom. Just a word of advise, the other wording became a bit unpopular. Cant wait till its opening for use. Take care.

This is a waste of time and you as others are only in it because you are lazy, have been told that you aren't good enough. Nikes slogan says it best, Just Do It!
Love the house. My only suggestion, hopefully it’s not controversial, but I would not make the kids room too gender specific as you might miss out of a family with 4 boys for example not wanting to stay there because let’s say they don’t want to sleep in the princess room. Just saying.
