what is the difference between the authority website and ppra website/procuring agency website??

Authority's website means PPRA's own website where different public sectors post there invitation for bids
while procuring agency is a public sector like PSO or OGDCL who wants to procure any goods or services.if these sectors have their own website they can also post the invitation on it along with PPRA's/ Authority website
