om0 or onmission0 is a glitch that makes the game think you're not on a mission when you are, so you're allowed to go to the other mission while already in a mission. In short, speedruners use Cletus mission to glitch and complete part of it, go to other mission, and then the Cletus mission transfer it's checkpoint progress to the new mission, so you are much futher or complete it instantly. There's more steps to do that glitch tho, so you need to search for it on the internet to find out how to exactly do it
