Stefano, always enjoy your videos. You have a “down to earth” style that makes it’s easy to watch your content. Gonna give the Tiffen Black Mist 1/4 a try. Thanks.
Hey so I mainly shoot fast pace sports, landscapes and low light urban shots and use a canon r6. I’ve been getting into portrait photography and notice when I crop I loose a lot of detail with the 20mp. Forces me to get the frame right during the shoot to limit cropping Lenses I use with my r6 is 24-70 2.8 70-200 f4 RF 85mm f2 Sigma 35 f1.4 RF 15-30
Sweet setup! Yea I find the 33mp on my A7iv to be the sweet spot for retaining enough detail after cropping and obviously higher than 33mp is only going to be better... for cropping at least!
Used to have an A7III but due to financial constraints I had to sell now I've bounced back, Right now Im using an A7RII with Tamron 28-75 f2.8 and Minolta 100-300 f4.5-5.6 planning to get a 70-400mm and 85mm for intimate portraits and sports portraits. Gonna buy again another A7III as B cam and upgrade my RII to a RIII for the faster and updated features Actually people have to clear up how Bokeh is achieved even with a constant f2.8 theres less noticeable bokeh on 28mm compared to 75mm, I've also used my 100-300 man even though its a 4.5-5.6 on that the bokeh just booms out once it locks on a subject
Stefano, I always have a UV Protector (Tiffen) filter on my lens. Would you stack the Black Pro Mist on top of the UV, or would you suggest removing the UV and just having Black Pro Mist on the lens when used? Thanks so much.
Currently using the Canon R6. For portrait, I mainly use the RF 50mm F1.2 and the RF 85mm F2. I'll also use my RF 70-200mm F4 but generally stick to the 50 and 85 prime. I have a 24mm but I was thinking of selling that to get the 35mm 1.8 as many have said it's the lens that resembles most what the eye sees. I'm also very curious to see what it can do for portraits! Great video !
Right now i'm using a Sony A6700 with mostly my Sigma 56mm and 30mm f1.4 and sometimes also my Sigma 18-50mm f2.8. With good light it produces amazing photos!
What camera and lens combo are you rocking?
I have sony a7 iv with tamron 35-150mm
I'am thinking to buy a sony a7r iv with a 20-70mm F2.8 Gmaster lens and a godax AD200 pro but i dont know if its worth the money any suggestions ?
Could you please tell me, which camera in mid range level is best for portrait photography?

Appreciate the support Mark! It definitely has its perks and worth a try if you want to get a dreamy effect!
I really love using a combination of 35mm and 85mm primes! I personally prefer shooting primes and I think this combo is much better than a 24-70.
Sigma 24-70 Art - AC7ii
That's a solid setup! Love it!
