Really fun and informative! Some things I've missed back in the day, never really played LSL2, did play the first but it was "too hard" for me at the time. Love the Police Quest games and also Indiana Jones - the similar kind. Could you do a review on the PQ series and/or perhaps the Indiana Jones? Of course, Monkey Island and even LSL1 would be awesome as well. You really got a great video here!
About the gameplay, you can use the mouse to right click on items in the screen to get the same description as through the LOOK command. The mouse can also be use with left click to move Larry around.
Nice review! The early sierra games came a little before my time but I do remember having a demo of a Leisure Suit Larry game around 96/97, it was set on a boat, I think it was Love for sail. The demo had you playing a dice game with a lady friend. Just coming back to me actually but there were loads of wav files on the CD including one of a Larry answering machine message. The only game from the series I've played for any length of time is Magna Cum Laude. Found my copy of it in a charity shop, that was an awkward purchase with an elderly lady at the till haha. Can't really think of any suggestions other than more adventure games please. Its probably my favourite genre on these old machines although I rarely get time to sit down and play them these days.
Actually, you're right: I've played LSL, LSL3, probably a bit of the 5... But never touched the 2... Now I know what to do with my life: install a bunch of Sierra games and play like it's 1988 :)
I wanna have a drink at Jeremy's Retro Bar sometime soon
Loved Larry, looking forward to the rest of them

Thanks! I'll definitely do more adventure games in the future. Mostly because I don't have the game playing skills to beat arcade style games haha.

It’s a shame that you have so little views. This was a great review.
Cheers...
My fav is 3 but I really enjoyed 2 also.
is 5 good?
I liked 5 at the time. I haven’t replayed it in a long time. So it might be less good now.
Thought you were Sam Hyde for a moment
