It’s definitely a great microwave. Starting to use the scan option that sends the info directjy from your phone to the microwave to set it up. Super easy to use!

I do have a question. With the opening on the side, does your hand hit the cabinet to open the microwave?
sorry if this seems silly but I can not find a view of the handle/opening
@angiebutcher4068 No. it sticks out far enough that opening it from the side is unobstructed. I was worried about it too since our previous microwave had a door handle, but I love this design a lot more now.

Just ordered mine today for our BRAND NEW KITCHEN!!! The wife only uses the stove and oven to cook I only use the air fryer and microwave, so she got a $20,000 kitchen and I got a $600 microwave.... Even trade in my book! Looking forward to getting this. Only thing that it seems I won't like is that stupid one push start where you go to type 2:15 and as soon as you hit 2 it starts!!! But just something I will have to get use to I guess because the rest of it seems great
Yeah, you will quickly get used to pressing the Cook Time button unless you just need a quick 1 minute, 2 minute, etc
Same situation, just replacing the stock one that came with the house when we built, and picked up this exact model. We have not used the convection side yet, but it sounds like its doing a good job for you. Would be interested if you did a follow up after a few months to talk about any quarks or gotchas that you may have learned about.
Also, why didn't you suggest using the App to scan? Perhaps I missed it.
I dont even need a new microwave but now I do.

i push cook time. set time press start and it does nothing. It is brand new, just out of the box
Really? Let me ask you this. Close the door and just press the number one. Does it start cooking for 1 minute?

I just sold my condo and I'm moving and I have to buy a microwave /convection. My current one has metal racks like my full size oven. I use cake pans, 9x13pans on a rack, you did not mention racks, how can you convection bake if no racks?
I literally showed you the rack that it comes with. It comes with a portable rack and pan for the convection oven portion. Maybe watch the video again?
