@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA that’s kinda of my thought about it. I tried filming a hunt but wasn’t what I thought it would be. So I’ll use it for shots and maybe watching arrow flight.
Seems like a decent system....I personally would only use this for in the field as a means of checking shot placement if it sends the video to the app. Is there a fee for this?
I will double check tomorrow and let you know but I didn’t notice anything to the ear when we tested it although I do have that TAP Tactacam booster to take out shock as well
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA so to you does it sound a lot quieter on playback on Tactacam with the stabilizer on there than without? I don’t mind spending money but don’t want to if it doesn’t help much with sound dampening? Thanks for your help buddy!
good testing, from the sound, its ok from the sides of the user. but is loud ahead of the bow....maybe it is something loose, or its like a non subsonic bullet traveling thru a silenced firearm, aka broken sound barrier which could cause wild game to spook, after the release...
Hey, my site is Velie's Hunting Camp and I mentioned your recommendation of using the Titanium Archery Products mount for the Tactacam Stabilizer. I had actually recorded video using you company name Blue Collar Outdoors but when editing, I must have cut it out. I went to my comment section and posted a comment on what I had done and put you in the comments. I really appreciate your videos, you do a great job. Next Video I'll get your name into it. So, sorry about that.
Man this is a great video but...... that tactacam is horrendous. I'm sorry but every video I've watched is hilarious. The zoom is digital zoom and falls apart immediately. To be honest, no zoom looked great but the audio is so bad. I believe that no zoom is good enough for bow hunting. If they could fix the audio, it would be OK. So how does it do with low light? Great video man.
Love the 6.0 for sure!
We are not fans but it is a nice backup for archery
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA understand. I mainly use it for shot placement.
@MetroOutdoors32 interesting
Definitely a benefit having it for that!

What is the titanium part called, is it there quick disconnect?
I believe they discontinued it which sucks for anyone with a tactacam I’m lucky I have one.
What’s the name of that TAP extension? I can’t find it on their page.
It’s under close out deals it’s the Tactacam booster
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA you da man! Just bought it 🤘🏻
Got you!
That company is t making the adapter anymore. Do you have any other recommendations ?
That makes it tough I don’t as that’s all I use

No
No sir
You can still take a sd reader and check it in your phone more easy!!!
Could you post a link to the Titanium archery product your using. My bow has a definite twang in it with the 6.0 bow mount
Just google TAP or titanium archery products it’s the company that makes them
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA No problem finding the web site. What is that item called?

Is there any rubber or kind of something that comes with the 6.0 stabilizer so camera don’t vibrate while it’s in stabilizer?
I will double check tomorrow and let you know but I didn’t notice anything to the ear when we tested it although I do have that TAP Tactacam booster to take out shock as well

@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA thank you buddy ordered one last night already shipped out. I appreciate the idea should help alot
Does the tactacam utilize a digital zoom or optical zoom ?
I believe it is digital zoom

Keep in mind having both mics that close to it will amplify any sound as it was dead quiet to us

Brother you’re good man! Love that it helps out! That product is key for those Tactacams!
Man thanks I do really thinking very very hard to buy me one of those lol
I’d like it for bowhunting etc just not for waterfowl or turkeys
Have you been able to try the solo xtreme one?
No it looks just like the last solo to me lol

I haven’t been impressed with any Tactacams either but going to hold my opinion on this til I test it afield for waterfowl and archery
I prefer the shotkam
Same here
I would just spend more time saving enough money for a decent $1k video camera.
I agree but it’s all in what you’re trying to do
Seems ok. I'm still not impressed 😐. Wow you're handsome!
That boy lookin good, ain't he?! 😄
What is wrong with y’all lol
