Great read! I live between New Castle Wyoming & Custer South Dakota on the South Dakota side about 17 miles from the state line. I love living in the Black Hills territory , it's some beautiful land. A little known fact, the Black Hills is the oldest mountain range in the United States. Please before the nay Sayers start telling me I'm wrong take five minutes & do the research . The Black Hills are 1.8 billion years old 600 million years older then the Appalachia mountain range. You have to do deeper research than the first article you come across on Google.
They were the roughest and toughest Americans ever and yet they all showed the upmost respect and didnt hesitate to help their fellow man. Ive always said the toughest guys I ever met were also the nicest guys I ever met and people always laugh at me.
Those guys were some awful tough customers. We still have a lot of vagabonds that try to relive that rough lifestyle, but with modern technology I'm convinced no crime is unsolvable, though some are ignored. It all depends on who ya are.
Well done sir!👍 I always enjoy contemporary accounts of historical events. They often lend pertinent information amid some "embellishments" thrown in. Separation of facts from fiction can be a daunting task. You do an excellent job of extraction of the facts. Thank you.
This was so interesting, I had to subscribe for more History lessons that won’t be revealed in a school textbook or Historical news. Cannot imagine the lives of those women….😢
This is such an amazing story. Is there more to the book, or is this it? If there is more, I would love to find it, it is so interesting. I am just amazed that onions are .50 cents each. I was just complaining yesterday that they were so expensive at 1 dollar each at the farmers market! LOL They were such tough people. I couldn't imagine what they all had to go through. Thanks so much for this channel, I just love it!
Do you remember from the Deadwood tv series the 'Thieving Fucking Cornish' ethnic group, and how Bullock had an American accent. Bullock was an immigrant, Bullock was Thieving Fucking Cornish. I'm Thieving Fucking Cornish and over here now, but Bullock was born a few miles from where my sister-in-law was born and where she now lives with my brother. Thieving Fucking Cornish is a description not an insult.
That was awesome I didn't know that about Clementine Jane thanks but I also like to know about those two Cowboys they said they were shooting at a silverbird they said the bullets was bouncing off that's what that movie came from Cowboys and alien from those two Cowboys do you know anything about that and who they were
Here's a bit of History with Modern Science Validation, for your Files: 1) What was England called before the Germanics, (Romans, Vikings, Anglos, Saxons, Jutes, and Normans, all Germanics, assertions/invasions/aggressions? Before it was called Britannia? it was known as "Albion". 2) The original inhabitants were a mix of hunter gathers and Basque DNA, DNA reveals (the Irish were Basque and of "Tribe of Dan" aka Tuatha de Dannan" and Welsh were largely Basque). Today the British Males have
Great story 🇺🇸
Another very interesting video and a little different
Sounded like a rough bunch but they still took care of the more unfortunate it seems

That was a great story. Wild bill and his friends sounded like hardy men and woman.
