Jerry, I currently live in New Port Richey and was in the Leesburg area yesterday and had to stop at Gator Harley Davidson. When "Big Mike" asked me if I needed help as soon as I came in I told him I am here because Motorman buys his bikes here. He took me on a complete tour of their facility and introduced me to everyone we passed. I see why you buy your bikes there. For everyone reading this, it is the type of place you don't mind going out of your way to purchase from.
I moved to Florida 5yrs ago from NY and I get a real kick out of listening to you tell your stories it really brings me back. Thank you for sharing with us.
Just found you... loved the fireman story and the sherif allowing you to right tickets!... with that sense of humour you could also be mistaken for English!... we live a good wined up!! Or ‘Banter’ as we call it. Anyway, I’ve subscribed, will follow you... keep up the sense of humour, ride safe. Lee 🇬🇧

Congratulations on your new bike you are an amazing teacher and I appreciate all that you do to help everyone ride safe I hope to be getting a bike soon and I will watch your videos over and over and practice everything that you teach thanks again
Enjoy the new scoot, Mr. Palladino! About accents; I was born in Oldsmar and raised in the Tampa Bay area for most of my formative (deformative?) years. No one can tell where I am from by my speech. Zero accent. But northern Floridians and many from around the Everglades have a strong southern accent.
Congratulations sir! Beautiful bike! Look forward to see you videos with it. You got me by 20 years here in Florida. Originaly from Boston. Here just north of you in Brooksville. I have a 09 FLHP and love it! Hope to see you out on the road.
I love the colour of the new bike. I know you and your wife would enjoy riding it. I know you will encourage more students to become better and safer riders.
Congratulations on your new ride. I’m sure you’ll be making some great videos for us to learn from. That was a funny story you told about the fireman. Thanks for sharing your bike modifications.
Enjoyed the ride home video. Seems to me that you have the perfect pair of awesome blue Harley's now. I always look forward to your videos, as you and your wife Donna do a great job. I look forward to coming down to one of your Ride Like A Pro classes in 2020. I will be riding my old 04' FLHTPI down to visit with my son in SC and on to your class. Your wife set me up with my Ride Like A Pro bundle back in Oct, 2018 and I love it. I find it to be extremely educational and helpful in sharpening my skills when riding. And that is from a guy that has been riding Harley's since 1979. Thank you both, George S.
Here in Nashville there's not to many steep hills but I did have to stop on a hill the other day and I'm glad I know how to take off on a hill or it would have been bad. There was a car right on my ass.
Beautiful new bike! I just moved down from MN to FL, Gulf Harbors. Hope to meet up and shake your hand one day. Been watching your videos for about 10 years now. Always good stuff!
Congrats Motorman! Love the impact blue. Finally got to take the ride like pro course here in the northeast corner, totally changed the way i ride, love it even more,Thank you sir!
At last. An “Electra-Glide in Blue”! I wish H-D would sell a civilian version of what would be functionally a police bike. The “Standard” comes pretty close. To that I would add the small tour-pack, sprung seat, spot lamps (clear), and a return to the 16” front wheel, and full length rear springs and shocks. I currently own a 2013 Classic in white with charcoal 2-tone. It’s the last year of the Classic, and the traditional style 2-tone pattern. I love the old style cop look. As much as I like the new motor, I don’t want to part with the style of my ‘13 Classic.
I would like mine , Milwaukee 8, with no parts blocking side view of cylinders left and right. A remote air cleaner beneath tank and horn on triple clamps. I like to see those beautiful cooling fins and push rod tubes and gleaming valve covers. Keep her between the ditches with the rubber side down and operate her In good health. I rode my brothers evo springer heritage ( metallic medium red with 1” wide white bordered tank accents) at a big biker parade and man, thousands of people gave me that town. It’s fish tail boom cans echoing in the concrete canyons about the town and I dawned a 1946 Harley cap to make that ride complete. His bike was all leather bags with fringe and conchos with a detachable wind screen. It was a parade in honor of Evel Knievel at his home town with hundreds of bikes. I think they thought I resembled him as even the police in cars off the parade route as I rode about the old parts of town smiled and waved. If I got a 2020 I’d get a black low rider but do a different tail light license plate, I like the 70 AMF looks of the tank though. Might do some staggered angled out turnout slash cuts for my preference. Some electric cut outs for when I want the most out of it. The fuel injection can automatically adjust for different back pressure. I could go from a whisper jet to easy rider at the push of a button. Maybe some custom clutch work and heim joint bearings on the shifters linkage. I want it to shift like glare ice and have plenty of low end torque. Put on a K&N air filter and the best Amzoil synthetic heavy weight oil I can get. I like Metzler tires on my rides.
Nice bike! Nice color! I have an 05 Electra Glide in a similar color with light blue pin-striping. I just removed the tour pack and it looks very similar to yours now, but I still have the front lowers.
Congrats! Really like that blue color! I test rode the 2020 Road Glide Limited, Ultra Limited, Street Glide Special, Standard Road Glide and Road King (+ Road King Special) yesterday during a dealership demo ride day. They all rode well. Nothing compares to the Harley Davidson touring line for the best ride ever. The best overall smoothest ride by far was the Road King Special 114 and Road Glide Standard with the 107. The Road King Special 114 was beast! For long distance riding in comfort especially riding 2 up, you can't beat the either the Road Glide or Ultra Limited. The Limited bikes can't be matched for more bang for the buck once you start looking at parts & accessories. Did not like the Street Glide Special with the 114 although it looked the best out of all in appearance. Really didn't feel this RDRS (REFLEX™ DEFENSIVE RIDER SYSTEM). Probably need to rent one for the day and thoroughly test it out for $1,000 extra but that ABS is a must and should be standard on all bikes especially the bigger ones. The new BOOM audio is far better than previous editions.
For the most part, you can't feel the RDRS system under normal riding. But, if your coming around a blind curve and an obstacle appears, you can hit the brakes hard without the bike low siding. For that situation alone, it's worth 1K IMHO.
I cut a radio ad years ago down here in Virginia. The station manager said"your from Upstate NY" (anyone north of the City to him). I asked how he knew and he said the people there have no accent (as opposed to my Bronx kin). He said I could get a radio job anywhere down South. When I asked why they would want me he said "because they can't understand each other. " So no, you don't have a NY accent. Thanks for the early review of the 2020's which my dealer just got in. I look forward to your future reviews of yours.
Hats off to you. I live just outside of Charlotte NC. Hot and humid here but nothing like FL. I park my bike during summer months cant stand that heat.
Beautiful color. I hope you have good luck with that engine. I have 4 friends that had major engine problems with the M8. ( less than 1000 miles) No solutions yet and HD is giving them a hard time. They have 50+ yr experience with motorcycles so they know what they are doing. Be sure to let us know how things progress.
I thought I knew your sense of humor, but you had me going with the ticketing scam... up until the point you thought you might be able get your money back in 2 weeks. Gotta watch you every minute. Nice scoot, by the way. I have a '12 FLHTP in Red.

Congrats Jerry. I also have the 2017 FLHTP M8 with 11,000 miles. Smooth as glass and changed out the police seat for a Corbin solo, mid 90s King Tour Pak and other goodies. Jealous that you have the 114. Enjoy!!
CONGRATULATIONS on the new bike! She's a beauty, gorgeous color. I am not exactly a Harley fan, but hey, it's all good, and I love your how-to-ride videos. Have no idea how you can afford to buy 15 expensive Harleys in such a short time, but more power to you.
It's my business. The bikes are a big write off. At one time I was buying 4 at a time and trading every two years for a minimal amount of money but that's was when used Harley's were worth almost as much as new ones since the supply didn't meet demand. Check out my channel. I did an entire video on the hey day of Harley.
Love the bike and your sense of humor. You had me for a sec when you mentioned that my speeding was going to finance your bike!! PS, sorry to say but but after 40 years, you still have a NY accent!! Enjoy that awesome bike!!

I told the same story when I picked up my 2019 Road King. A lot of people stopped the video right there to comment what a terrible person I am. The best part is when I tell that story at a bike night, to someone. They say stuff like, ''that's not fair'' and I say, it seems fair to me. That really gets em pissed. Then they'll say, yea but you could give somebody a speeding ticket even if they weren't speeding, just to make money. And I'll say so what. If they weren't speeding today they were probably speeding yesterday so no big deal. Sometimes I let them off the hook, and sometimes I don't.
