Hi, sorry for answering this 3y late. I didn't see this comment till now. But hey better late then never, right? So, you have most likely selected your lan interface. It could also be that pfsense is behind a router and therefor not getting the public ip address assigned to its Wan interface. But instead it's getting an ip from the first router.
If I understand it correctly you want to access the server/pc behind pfsense from the internet. If so, yes you can! If you want to host some kind of web page. I would highly recommend setting this up via HAProxy. I could make a video about this if you would like some extra guidance. If you want to host another service. You'll need to find the associated ports of this service and expose them to the internet via firewall>portforwarding and create a new rule there.

did this my cached IP is correct but the No IP is getting my local address 192.168.1.1

What if you have a local computer/server behind the pfsense. Could you use the no-ip address to reach lets say www.pfsenseftw.ddns.net
