Merry Christmas and thank you for a great tutorial 😊 I have had a decoration making day for our four children for forty- four years, and now our grandchildren and greatgrandchilren join in as well, so that they have something really special to look back at as they all grow up. They all love this happy tradition. This year two of our daughters and their children are all unwell and in isolation with covid so I'm going to make these trees and leave every thing that they'll need to decorate them at their front doors. Happy times in spite of covid-19 yay! 🎄🎆
Props to you for explaining! Sometimes when i watch crafts videos they are mostly sped up with no explanation and background music but you explaining makes everything so much easier and your voice is so calming thank youu
I’ve been making these and using thin strong magnets for the closures, so I can fold them up at the end of the holiday. Also using my cutting machine but cutting out a full tree shape and adding a dotted line down the middle to use as a folding aid. Then you don’t need to cut out so many pieces.
Love love them sweetie!!! BTW, my bone folders arrived the other day and I bought the rose petal pattern from you so I’m SO excited to start!!!! Merry Christmas 🎄
Thank you so much for watching Chrissy! So glad you got your bone folder 😜 love mine. Please let me know if you have any questions with putting the flowers together! Merry Christmas to you too, can’t wait to see some of your other trees in the coming year!
Hi, thank you for the thorough description on how to make these beautiful trees! I was wondering, where did you find that dark green paper? I can't seem to find that colour anywhere. Thanks a million!
Always look forward to your videos! Your trees are superb! And you're right, they remind me of the bottle brush trees! I would like to try to make them without the trunk, glue a wooden dowel in the middle, but idk how to make em stand up! Thanks so much for sharing, love everything you create :)
Hi Sneha! 5’ is really tall! I think the issue is really finding paper that is that large in size. If you don’t mind the Kraft paper look, I think you can use rolls of butcher paper? Or even just art paper that you use for kid’s easels. To make a pattern, just use newspaper and cut out triangles. Piece together the triangles with a rectangle for the trunk, then lay that over a large piece of cardboard. Trace and then cut that out for your template. Then cut a lot of these half Xmas trees! Gluing is similar in manner to what I did but you will add glue to more places along the Xmas tree, just remember to glue in that oscillating pattern. I think it’s achievable but it will take some work! You will definitely need to use hot glue, I think. It makes me curious to see if I can make one out of poster paper though!
Hey I just made a 4 feeter. Finding large paper was not a problem. I used ArtKraft Duo-Finish Paper Roll from Amazon. The thing was that with a mass of papers the tree got heavy, and the base may not be able to hold the tree. So I inserted three cardboard sheets between the paper sheets. It worked. I even used hook-and-loop fastener stickers at the end sheets so it could be taken apart and folded for storage. Hope this helps!
@@lizli570 Danke, in den Komentaren lernt man immer viel.Das mit dem Klettverschluss ist genial . Nähe viel bin auf die gute Idee selbst nicht gekommen . LG aus Österreich
Used vid as guide, principle works on any shape of tree wanted. Ours was more a traditional tree with curves and a trunk. Used norm pva glue to do the thin glue lines, end result came out great! Thanks for sharing
Hi! this is the best video I have seen so far and LOVE that you included how to make the Xmas tree in the Design Studio. As a newbie to this world, you made it very simple to understand. I am currently gluing up my halves and have not worked out if I need 30 pairs or 60 pairs - please advise.
I had posted on my IG stories for Christmas Cards, you must've left your name/address! Swear to God I'm not a stalker, lol. I sent 100 cards this year but I've since deleted the list of addresses
Valuable insight for you: too long! You move your hands too much (I watched it on mute few mins!!) too boring! Make it clearer, essential steps highlighted!!!

Merry Christmas perials craft
This was so great! Can't wait to try it
i would recommend using a stencil, ruler or triangular protractor if you're not confident with cutting out the tree shape at the start.
Is it 60 individual half trees or 60 half pairs? 🤔
WE want to know too
60 individual half trees
60 odd half trees
How much tree pices you cut out
Muy hermoso, me encantó muchísimas gracias por compartir, si pudieras hacer un video, de otros adornos navideños con este misma forma, 👍❤️
This is so beautiful.thank you for sharing. I wanna make this of 5 feet. Can you please tell how to make it in that case?

If you want a big tree use larger paper

These products all handmade.
We can make mass production through machines, 1000pcs/hour.
and we can provide free samples as per your designs.
Can Please ask what type and weight paper did you use?
Got a card from you today ! Had no idea you’re in Ohio . Still don’t remember how you got my name and home address 😬
