Just to further clarify sleep tracker 'fix' a little farther. It usually also works if the problem is not just shorter hours but if you get only the "bars" going vertically and it says sleep was too erratic to track or less than 3 hours was tracked. I had that problem yesterday and I found I had to do the following 3 times before it corrected itself:
1.Delete last nights sleep log
2.Restart both Versa and your cell phone
3.Add new sleep log
Again, I had to do above 3 times before sleep tracker gave me all the details of last night's sleep.

This worked on my Versa 2 only had it a month and was disappointed where days didn't provide sleep score. BY deleting and re-entering the times the sleep log with full information became available. Thank you

Thanks for this video, I tried it on my versa 2 and it worked. Some mornings it would show sleep stages and other mornings it just shows a sleep pattern. With this tip I can now see all sleep stages.

I guess because you're sleep is not being recorded you need to put the watch slightly above your wrist joint and it should be snugly fit not too tight and not to lose to record a good sleep to get a sleep score also make sure you activate the night mode on the Versa 2 before you go to bed. Either way it's fine you can just go in the settings and then add the sleep tracker again and it'll show up.
