Hey brother, smoked meat CAN be a possible carcinogen, how is it just the darker smokey bits or smoked meat in general Idk, but it might be something you want to look into, what's nice with air frying is it cooks the inside of meat so much better and quicker and the juice is kept more inside the meat.

Stomach issues and fatigue was what got me back into keto and you and Dr berry were the ones that got me to convert to ketovore (I started off back on keto as I understand it). I'm more carnivore than keto, but I'm working on it and my plan is to do lion for a minimum of 6 weeks to figure out exactly what effects my health and what doesn't. I just want to feel good and be healthy and I'm hoping to get my kids and partner onto it too. Everything is improving as far as my health is concerned including my mental health. For the first time in my life (42) of yo yo dieting I have started this with only my health as my goal, I didn't weigh myself at the start and have not weighed myself at all in 3 months. I know I'm losing weight because I can see it when I look in the mirror, but I only care about how I feel and I got to say the health issues that have taken my father and given my mother dementia and diabetes is definitely a driving force! Thankyou so much for your videos, you are really helping me continue on my journey and for the first time in years I feel positive about my future ❤❤❤

I so relate to both of you. I'm in late 60's and coincidentally was a nursing home administrator in the past :) I decided 5 years ago that I don't care how long I live as long as it can be quality. I don't want to end up like my mother or my former nursing home residents... spending all my time thinking about health issues and sitting in doctors offices, imaging centers, labs and spending all my money on drugs, being lazy and sitting in front of a TV 24/7. Since starting keto I feel 20 yrs younger and you guys are inspiring me to go carnivore to re-build muscle and have more energy. At least I feel motivated to rejuvenate now :)

Another thing that I noticed after almost a full year of eating this way is that my leg bones were really starting to ache..
Then I stumbled upon a video of a doctor in Australia who was also eating beef everyday as a challenge and he was having extreme leg cramps and bone aching and he did a little researching and remembered that boron is very important for the absorption of magnesium. A cofactor. It immediately helped him within a few days.
That video made me pull out my boron and within a week my legs were back to normal!!
I figured I'd mention that just in case somebody else needs that little nugget of information.

Yes, sodium-potassium-magnesium and calcium are all included in electrolyte formulas for a good reason. Although the longest period I have eaten meat only is 6-7 months, Having 70 percent meat daily for close to 4 decades, avoiding all processed foods, and only eating fruits in season has kept my body and mind in a stable state for so long! The only reason I was not 100 percent meat was due to supply and cost. You, Dante and others have a huge advantage over me. You come from a place of bad health, and have used the diet to reverse the decline. The more I look around the more unhealthy people I see. There is an advantage to adversity, those of you who have suffered from a bad diet have so much to gain it was what motivated me to go out front and tell my story. HS and quite a few other health issues (6 of which are autoimmune) are why I decided to give carnivore a try. I want to thank you for posting the content that you do because I don't think I had true hope for this to help the HS until now. I drank about a six pack of beer at least 5 times a week since 2020. With nothing to do, no social life, no work and being stuck alone almost all of the time, I opted for the alcohol escape along with junk food. I was keto for six years before I changed everything and gained 30 pounds since then. Imagine the horror! I was sick, dehydrated, shaky and constantly in a state of drowsiness...... i was miserable.
I decided to try carnivore and I feel so much better. I am still eating an avocado three times a week and the occasional dill pickle or a few green olives. That hasn't seemed to hurt me, but I intend to work at omitting those those things from my diet given a bit of time.
    Best regards to you both!

I'm 62 5'4" 120 and have always been fit and never had a weight problem so I didn't do carnivore to loose weight. I had a really bad case of covid about seven months ago and even though I was eating a lot of vegetables before I got covid vegetables made me sick. After I recovered I wondered why did my body reject all these "healthy vegetables " when I was deathly ill. I decided to give carnivore a try about four months ago and so far so good. I went from 128 to about 116 which was scary because I didn't want to be that thin. Two weeks ago I went to the gym for the first time in two years and I couldn't believe the weights I was still able to lift. I asked a young man at the gym how to use one of the machines and he actually told me I had a great body. I have a four pack, and I don't even do sit ups. The down side is whenever I try to use my age for not doing something my daughter just go yea right, try again 😂 btw I've always been the weird health nut so whenever I tell my friends or family I'm carnivore they're a little curious but not surprised.

I am always ranting at work about how the hospitals want to make all the nurses fat & diabetic so we can be their customers the way they are always giving us pizza and cakes and donuts!! I used to get really pissed because it is so hard to resist that crap, but now I don’t want it but I just don’t understand how I see things so differently than everyone else. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I also homeschool my kids though, and I went into the Air Force as a woman and chose to be a police officer! 😂 So maybe I’m just different, and that’s okay. Dante, I love watching your ruck chats, they are just so calming for me. You have a nice soothing voice. Sometimes I just need to listen to my people in the carnivore community to counter all of the BS I have to hear from everyone else in life! I like listening to Dr Berry & Kerry for that reason too.

Dante and you are literally what inspired me to do the lion diet. I'm a little over 2wks in and OMG I'm almost off my Lupus meds and I feel great!!! I have lost 10lbs which wasn't my reason at all. It was all inflammation. Thank you so much to both of you for making your videos. It's changed my life in 2wks. I can't imagine what my body will feel like in 900 days. I'm so excited. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

There is a carnivore zen… the biggest plus is that most mental illnesses seem to clear, I’m surprised by my patience in supposed stressful situations. Also, it unlocks wisdom and enlightens one spiritually. Even memories of things I’ve long forgotten are coming back, so the brain, the lymph system, CNS etc all heal. Thus, mood dips, aggression all dissipate.

I am new to the carnivore diet but I have been an “on again off again” Atkins fan for 20 years. My first 3 months of Atkins back in 2000 consisted of eggs bacon sausage butter red meat and salad. I lost 50lbs and slept great. My skin cleared up and I didn’t sweat as much. I decided to get my blood work and my doctor said “your numbers are perfect keep doing what you’re doing”. That day was life changing in that I came to the conclusion that everything “they” were telling us was wrong. Protein and fat are not what is making us sick.
Jordan Peterson and all of you are my people!!
Btw…I am hypoglycemic and I used to struggle with not letting my blood sugar drop. But when I am eating high protein I can go longer between meals which is so freeing. My current meals consist of 3 pasture raised eggs with bacon or sausage and butter for breakfast and 1/2 to 1 pound of beef in the evening. Occasionally I am having a high protein snack in there somewhere but my life no longer revolves around food and at 54 I am looking forward to dropping some body fat and continued good health.
    God bless and thank you!

Nice to meet another carnivore that I hadn't known about:) Is Dante's family on carnivore?
That lady with low blood sugar does not need sugar! I had hypoglycemia and it totally disappeared when I gave up all sugar and gluten products. When I was using sugary things to correct it I had to eat about every 2 hours. I have been carnivore for 6 weeks now and have one or two meals a day and have not had low blood sugar once. I do not use Instagram, and seldom Facebook. You tube is just fine.

ER nurse here. And we always pull a lipid panel on people who come as a stroke alert and/or stroke like symptoms. And their total cholesterol ranges from 130-300+. There is literally no correlation. And Remember, stroke is the “heart attack of the brain.” This is a circulatory event.
But you know what is elevated in these patients? Triglycerides every time. Also their weight. And always always have hypertension already diagnosed and most have diabetes.

My story is like both of yours, open heart quad bypass, before that I’d had been hospitalized 3 separate times for appendix (removed twice) horrible joint and back/neck pain, anxiety depression. Docs tried med after meds. Nothing worked. At my heaviest, I was 235. Now I’m at 176, back to the gym, lifting heavy weights. new subscriber here, You guys are amazing!
I'm starting an exciting health journey, having tried various diets like Atkins, keto, juice fasting, alternate fasting, OMAD, and Nutrisystems. My weight has always been over 250lbs, but back in my early 20s, I achieved my lowest weight of 175lbs by eating six meals a day and exercising twice daily, cardio mornings and pumping iron at night.
Right now, I'm on a keto streak for 11 days, and I feel fantastic. I've also added fasting to my routine, eating every 36-48 hours, which has been a game-changer.
Now, I'm diving into a new fast and will break it this Friday at 4 pm(72hours fast) to begin a carnivore 30-day challenge. I can't wait to see the results! I just want to see what will happen. 💪
    Thanks for the inspiration.

Great video Kerry and so happy you asked Donte! He’s wonderful to listen to. He’d be great for helping with ideas in designing it and being a guest on it to show his healing process.
With there being people out there that have no clue about what carnivore is, there are people that don’t watch youtube, may not be into watching anything. They are left out on the info on how carnivore heals. That’s why your movie is great, maybe they still watch those. Broadcasting on Netflix and Apple would be absolutely awesome, and if you have connections will for sure help!
Also, someone needs to start going out into the public and walk around talking to people about carnivore and educate them. Film them and play on youtube if the people sign a form saying it is ok. But that would help spread the word!
