Recently ordered the Cam Motion vvt Titan 1 for my 5.7 Challenger, looking forward to getting it and a set of Stainless Works LT headers in the car. Looks to be a great cam match for a 5.7 Challenger driver
On one of your other videos, it showed the Comp Cams stage 1 making more power than stage 2 and 3. Seems to be a different results here especially in the mid range? I was going to go with a stage 1, now I'm not sure. I have a manual (6 speed)
Nice work maintaining some VVT action! If you are thinking of trying their Titan 2 227/ 235 113.5+ 3 cam, you may want to talk to Kip Fabre there at Cam Motion and let him know what your goals are. He is one the few actual cam lobe designers still left and he specializes in specing custom grinds. I'd definitely get his opinion he's very good. 8>)

I look forward to see the results of the Titan II Gen 3 Hemi camshaft in your test. Our customers have had great results with these cams since I designed them.

Hi Testing was done with a aftermarket exhaust system,we have the cam kits available on our online store. We are currently out of stock on oil pumps. Cheers stathi
@@IndependentMotorsports So did you do the MDS delete. And did you change the lifters and pushrods. Im just really curious. Would love to hear the Tech side of the VVT process im sure others would as well thanks.
@@1Serious392 there's no special process involved. You need to remove the MDS lifters, upgrade the lifters,push rods and Camshaft. All these parts are available on our online store

My VF SS is booked in for a stage 3 package on April 6th…then a cam package in the future. Very keen

All the dyno comparisons test are the same and we have never tested a stage 3?

Would you recommend the Titan over the CompCams stage 2. Also, Are these good camshafts for running a 120 shot of N2O?
Yes absolutely. This is now our go to Camshaft. It would work good on the gas.
Was this Titan 1 cam test done with the standard bi modal SRT exhaust? Do you do the cam kit with the helcat non mds lifters and oil pump

So do you have to pull the heads for the cam motion cam.
You can do it without removing the heads but if you are replacing the lifter then the heads will need to come off.
