It'd be cool if they had cities as well. That way if you hit a city or destroyed a building accidentally from a launch you have to pay money to fix the building.

Yeah, there are several Relay Dishes around Kerbin now. they are part of the Communications Network. I believe the Old KSC's Tracking station acts at a Relay too.
Those radar stations make me optimistic about possible other structures around Kerbin at a later date, like cities or things. I wonder if those antennas still work (as in, can relay signals) when the probes are landed on the surface of a planet/moon. It would be neat if you could make ground-based communication relays powered by RTGs or something.
Not as much as the last one, but lots of the code has been trimmed down. The major FPS increases come into play with crafts with lots of fuel tanks - where lots of fuel flow priorities are involved.

Another sweet thing about this is if you have Bd Armory and you're making cinematics.... You can use the screen as effect, you might also be able to target stuff to land automatically at given coordinates with some tweaking... Or just drop bombs smh

If you don't know, after the pre-release 1.1.0, the wheels had been fixed. I'm still in 1.1.2 and there's no wheel problems.
And then in the game updates after 1.2.2, the wheels got broken again. That's why I made a point about them working again.
