We are called to make disciples of Jesus Christ, not kingdom leaders. Leaders will rise from the leading of the Holy Spirit, God will call the leaders according to His will, not ours, and it is to preach the gospel and make more disciples. Don't invent new trends to try and look cool for the young generation, submit to the Word of God and the Holy Spirit, preach the gospel, to kids/youth/adults, families, everyone, and make disciples who follow Jesus, not weak Christians that answer to soft feel good sermons that don't offend anyone.
