She looks at water quality and talks about reverse osmosis for filtering the water. She recommends doing a full body detox. Lastly, Dr. Janine talks about the third eye and meditating to unblock the sixth chakra.

What about tap water consumption? Have you checked the levels in soda? I'm not expert so please take my comment for what it is: me asking questions. Fluoride levels in water are safe for adults, however I've been drinking it my whole life even as a child. Does floride accumulate in the body? To me it seems like there are multiple factors to consider. Look at Flint Michigan before you question why I'm skeptical those in power have a vested interest in the common man's health.
