I am indeed. I know my videos may make it look like I’m just some guy in a bedroom, but nothing could be further from the truth!
The Tassie locals more or less forced me onto a stage a few years ago, and I’m forever grateful for that! Since my UA-cam channel has blown up, the amount of additional help and support they’ve been offering has been very humbling!
I love Tasmania, and everyone who lives here! Awesome people :)

You know what I love about this? Typically when you see people playing analog synth rigs, it's in some dark, dank warehhouse. But to see Rob just jamming, in a field, enjoying the fuck out of himself, nobody else around, it's so refreshing. Great set mate!

There were actually about 150 people there for this one. This set was about midday on the Sunday, after the sound system had been cranking constantly since Friday arvo.
The dance floor directly in front of me had a fairly decent turn out, but to be honest, most people were looking a little worse for wear, including myself to be honest!
If I’d been in the audience, I’d have been pretty annoyed if someone had filmed me cutting shapes on a dance floor after 2 nights with no sleep. That’s why the camera was pointing towards the toilets :)
The cloud9 crew have however invited me back for another set soon, but this time we’ll film on a Friday, when everyone feels fresh, when everyone knows cameras are rolling, and we’ll be able to show you how stunning this part of the world truly looks :)

This performance is a testament to the beauty of modular synthesis. It beautifully demonstrates that a well-composed masterpiece doesn't require the glitz and glamour of a packed stadium or the intense energy of a super-hyped audience to be appreciated. The skill and artistry on display here are truly remarkable, offering an incredible auditory experience in the most unassuming of settings. That said, you should be on the big stage as this performance would put any stadium on fire. Thanks for sharing.

There’s a reason I’m playing underneath a gazebo - without it the sunshine would overpower the lights on my rig. And also it helps if it rains.

great sets/jams! found you channel a few weeks ago, once I got the algorithm trained and removed the junk videos so it showed me more relevant content.

Easy does it there tiger. Just one cat video can throw your algorithm for a loop that is difficult to recover from.
Kudos to everyone who trained well enough to get this recommend.

Knowing the ins and outs of this complex machine that is the assembly of all those different modules has got to be quite the task. It is truly amazing that your knowledge of this gear allows you to create such nice sounds. Keep up the good stuff, love from France :)

Man its such a vibe to listen to you perform every single time! I love it! Btw does this type of music have any particular name? What genre is it?

Setup at first glance is such a mess, but it makes the most beautiful sounds. Really a marvel to watch

The main thing is that bugs don’t get into the synthesizer, otherwise you’ll end up with buggy music.
