The Guitar-Intro is original from the great german rockband Böhse Onkelz. Its the song " Wir sind immer für euch da" from the 1991 Album " Wir ham noch lange nicht genug". Watch here on UA-cam, search for : Onkelz wir sind immer für euch da
@Pieper001 I don't think Wolfmother listens to Böhse Onkelz (they're not famous outside the german language zone). This intro is really, really easy to play and as there are countless bands in this world it's no wonder that 2 bands use it. Plus: Andrew Stockdale said he wrote the song while listening to "All Along the Watchtower (Jimi Hendrix version)".
@chutney674 Playing keys has always been cool... Modern music just phased it out... look at bands 40-50 years ago, almost every single one had an organist.
I guess a lot of people seem to like them, but I just don't see it. Rose Hill Drive does the heavy power trio thing much better. But w/e, it just comes down to taste.
this song is great, they need to put somebody on bass in it if the bassist is gonna play keys. It's sad to see such a great band lacking a much needed 4th member. wolfmother is great though, no disrespect.
This is one of those songs which provide you relief when your boss just yelled at you in office.
This is so dope
Amazing Stageperformance!

Which other Wolfmother vid compares to this...
@stradscreamer74 agreed
I can play this full song :)
It's hard to look cool playing the keyboard. But, it looks like this guy studied the Trent Reznor method. This band rips hard!
@14MIG09
denk mal das die morgen leider absagen werden :(
ich hoffe es natürlich nich, aber vllt springt ja 3doorsdown ein 8)
i think its a custom thing, ive seen les pauls with them too
they didn't broke up! although Chris Ross and Myles Heskett left the band =/ but at least Andrew's still there :D
im not asking for anything more...just saying if they reformed as the originals and made another album it would be soo good.
At 0:02 the drummer looks like Nick Hogan haha.
Lol I hear it ti
When did all of the Boston band members kid's make a ban?
I think he used his lastest breath for that xD that was funny indeed
nice jump :D but first he didn't play the right chord :D but no problem, he rocks!
@chutney674 Playing keys has always been cool... Modern music just phased it out... look at bands 40-50 years ago, almost every single one had an organist.
@filipejales Wrong Chord? Doen't matter! He looks cool! :)
I guess a lot of people seem to like them, but I just don't see it. Rose Hill Drive does the heavy power trio thing much better. But w/e, it just comes down to taste.
wha wha and octaver i guess
i love it when that guy in red jump to his keyboard at the beginning of the song
what does he say at the very beginning?

It's a fuzz mic
Their lead singer sounds like Robert Plant
this song is great, they need to put somebody on bass in it if the bassist is gonna play keys. It's sad to see such a great band lacking a much needed 4th member. wolfmother is great though, no disrespect.
3:56 haha
@filipejales guess he jumped wrong? :P
