Real and true feedback: Selling is not a war. Many sales people try to foce and infulence customer in this store. 1. First they try to sell the old and rejected stuff. Then 2nd team arraive and they try to sell some better stuff. After waiting too much time then third team come and show good quality stuff. After wasting too much time and energy of customer. Sales is not war. It comes from better quality, polite behaviour and efforts without pressurizing the customer. forced to buy stuff customer will never visit store again. even if it is only one per month. At last but not the least the sales man asks customer that please give positive feedback to main counter saying that we will come again. What is this. Is this ethical practice from a good and renowned store of Ludhiana. You have to improvize your sales practice and staff. Too mu;ch sales and target burden refelcts in sales man behaviour.
