@@jannythewonderwomen2215 it definitely made her into a strong woman but I think it made her really hard. I love her dearly but you can see how it scarred her.
I don't know about now. But a lot of people didn't look at all humans as people. I don't understand that thinking at all. They acted like one race or nationality weren't human. But still treated them differently than they would another species. I understand what some nations did. But I have no idea of how they were able to do it. Things get bad and we want to blame someone. That is understandable. But actually treating people the way they did. Is so unreal that I don't know how they were able to preform the acts. Killing your family and then yourself seems a lot more reasonable.
It does make me happy that you upload so often.... Even when I miss out on the live streams I can still look forward to hearing them the next day. Thank you for considering that, Joel.
Thank you very much for touching on what is going on in New Brunswick. Local government and media is trying to bury this brain disease as much as possible. My aunts Husband and now possibly cousin has signs of having this disease so it is quite scary. There is a lot of theories on where it is coming from, but it’s worse that almost no one is looking into it at a provincial level.
@@chelsealeilani64 Theories I have seen include Blue-Green algea blooms in the water supply, glyphosate herbicide which is sprayed about, or perhaps even something in our local seafood, which draws a lot of tourism around here.
Cheers from New Brunswick! Big fan Joel xo I have heard of this idiopathic ailment.. very scary. Thanks for your hard work and diversity in cases and origins xo I'm like wow Bathurst just half hour away from me
My grandfather was taken by the Japanese when they invaded Singapore. He was 16 years old and was taken as slave labour to build a road through the jungle. He told me some horrific things that they had done.
Love the artwork man👍 u always have great and unique art in the background..it’s amazing..it puts a professional spin on the channel..it’s some of the best I’ve seen on UA-cam Joel, keep it up man
So creepy! I didn't watch Let's Read or Lazy Masquerade for so long after they started showing up in my feed because I thought they would be too dark. As soon as I started listening, I fell in love. Now it's usually what I go to sleep listening to.
Love these true mysteries & crime series! I wish you would do some with rain in the background. I watch Being Scared & Interscare more purely because they use rain sounds. Also I LOVE the vocabulary you use in your videos ♥️😈
As a mortician who sees dead bodies every day, i can tell you that they *already* bear less resemblance to their living pictures, even in the best of conditions. Death takes something away from the human body that makes it hard to connect the deceased to their living memory. A week-old unrefrigerated body with open wounds and extensive facial trauma would likely be unrecognisable save for the major features like height/weight/hair cut. If the deceased boy looked similar to park changsu, its absolutely possible that his mother could have made the mistake.
I dont care what Merriam/Webster says... "irregardless" never was, isnt now and never will be a word! Its non-sensical nature completely negates its legitimacy!
Hey I live quite close to Bathurst New Brunswick and let me tell you this pandemic has been swept under the rug by government. This is terrible for those involved! So glad you shared this story with everyone! I love your channel!!
Really appreciate your historical stories. That being said, the last one about the skulls , is just more proof science has made so many claims that are nothing more than guesses.
Brien Foerster is one of the guys who secured funding for the DNA testing for those Paracas skulls. Oh, you JUST mentioned his name as I'm typing this. lol. I've been sub'd to his channel for a few years now. Look him up if your interested in the last story. Great channel. Stuff about the pyramids too. He hosts tours all over the world as well. 👍
Poor lady Monique. I think she got involved with evil people who removed her teeth. Then cremated her in the car. No one deserves to leave this world in such a gruesome fashion. This made me so sad. No one is ever going to pay for her murder because she was definitely murdered. No doubt about that.
Wanted to give you an update about my wife's pregnancy Stephanie did her 2nd ultrasound Saturday, we just got her ultrasound results today and I'm overwhelmed with joy because our daughter is doing fine in Stephanie's womb l love Stephanie more than anything in this world, Stephanie and I are overwhelmed with joy at the sight of our daughter in her womb.
What is it about the name Blair? Linda Blair in the Exorcist, Blair Witch Project, and the strange happenings surrounding the unfortunate man, Blair Adams. Perhaps all coincidence, and i sincerely hope the truth regarding his murder is revealed. This is a unique background and i enjoy watching the rather creepy undersea "party" 😊
You said in the occupation story, “I just can’t believe a mother wouldn’t recognize her own child.” Which I do understand the feeling. However, you answered the question yourself: “pressured by Tyrannical occupiers”. She was a mother desperate for an answer to what happened to her son, and the Japanese wanted it over with. You’ve got a perfect storm. She figures he’s dead anyway, the Japanese don’t care and would be unhappy if she said it wasn’t him, so really, it played out exactly as one would think.
As for Blair, who brutally kills some random stranger and leaves thousands of dollars in substance just laying around? It would seem that he had a reason to be paranoid...
It’s you. I listen to many channels like yours. I like listening to a nice calm voice telling stories. One time, you were trying to read and burst out laughing and tried again…..wicked wicked funny. I think it was live too. Your voice is great for this sort of thing. Thank you. Keep it real.

My grandma grew up with the Japanese invasion in Malaysia. The stories she tells about it are heartbreaking, cruel and unnecessary.
