15:40 I was going to say the same thing, when it goes on the piston itself it would widen and it would seal up just fine. You could install the pistons with just the 2nd ring and shine a light and see if you see any. Also make sure you press on the inside of the ring to close the gap between the cylinder wall when your check your ring gap because it could affect it a little bit but not really any amount to worry about.

I set up a drill on tape and a small tie on my ring grinder and marked the drill so I could count the revolutions cut my build time by a lot
I assemble everything with assembly lube or white lithium grease , never a failure , awesome build and great content
I never had a failure using just thick motor oil , been rebuilding for 40yrs..
Why not go for gapless rings? And to clean the bores put ATF fluid on a clean white rag and wipe the bores and keep wiping until rag comes out clean.
