YAESU FT-7900 FAKE CLONES !!

I have one, you can't program the names in however. Clicking on BAND/SET return doesn't move to the next character. It would appear that there are different versions of firmware in these, some crappier than others, with no way of updating.

Is it a simple indicator that the one with the blue power button is the original and the one with the red power button is the fake?
