Forty-two students, three days, one deserted Island: welcome to Battle Royale. A group of ninth-grade students from a Japanese high school has been forced by legislation to compete in a Battle Royale. The students are sent off to kill one another in a no-holds-barred game to the death, until one survives--or they all die. Some, like psychotic Kiriyama and sensual Mitsuko, decide to play the game, while others are trying to find a way to get off the Island without viol3nce. However, as the numbers dwindle, is there any way for Shuya and his classmates to survive?

This is one of my all time favorite movies. I can recite it by heart, well the subs at least 😁.
Didn't fail too badly this time. But maybe you should get someone who speaks English as their 1st language to write the script?
Not that I mind! One reason why I'm subbed is to see how badly the plot is butchered, and the occasional scenes lost in translation. And most of us don't really care, or even notice anything off.
