I've been really struggling lately, I've just not been able to do anything to get me out of it. I have so many things on my mind. So being told I need to concentrate on self care, helps.
Plus, the other aspect of going within, I'm finding it incredibly overwhelming, everywhere I look, its 'do this and you'll get peace' or 'do that and you'll get whatever'. It's just been too much for me. I cannot cope anymore with being told what I need to do. I used to be able to just look at things and work out what I need to heal, but I'm just too overwhelmed.. perhaps that's why I need to prioritise self care...

Hello Gareth! I always enjoy watching your videos. This message of divine timing came through loud and clear. Just back from vacation, where I had numerous opportunities for healing. I was recycling a gift bag with my hotel room number on it while listening to this reading. I thought, I should probably look up this number to see if there’s any message or spiritual significance to it. As I’m reading the number 417 in my head, you are literally saying the words out loud in your reading! Needless to say, I jolted to attention and I’m taking your advice to heart ❤.
