If the house falls below the ACH needed mechanical ventilation would need to come in. This is relatively inexpensive and is much better over all system.

Hey Robbie! Most times cigarette smoke migrating is an HVAC problem. A blower door test wouldn't ultimately tell you the info you are looking for.
