In terms of logic, part 8 is the most experienced and improved part 7, in terms of feats, part 8 demonstrated more strength and durability, he survived a thousand-watt electricity.

Jason Manhattan should've won and gotten durability and endurance because he's the same Jason Voorhees from part 7 who tanked a large house explosion, plus during part 8 he also survived a car explosion easily, and speed and agility goes to him because of this.
Overall Speed.
Jason takes this easily, he was moving FTE in the dancing hall almost as if he was teleporting, he could even catch up to Miles despite getting a massive headstart, and sometimes could swiftly dodge attacks and stop them when its neccesary, also another one over here. Using this as the average speed of a rowboat, Jason swims between 41 to 110 miles to New York within a 12-24 hours during part 8. Which makes him either faster than the average swimmer to having superhuman swimming speed. Also an endurance feat. Credits to the respect thread. He often dissapears and reappears.
Im pretty sure the women was seeing jason move at high speeds due to her being on drugs and stressing out
