You said let yourself write, dont pick up the pen. So basicallly imagine yourself writing and listening to those inner words that you would write, right? Physically writing to me takes away from the somatic experience personally. Thoughts?
Happy to support. So you write what you wanted and needed to say then, but now in present tense. Then you embody love / wholeness and share the words that part of you needed to hear, as a way to help you heal. Does that make sense? Everything is looking to be honored, express and met with acceptance. That's how you set it free inside yourself.
The darkness is really just a part of us that needs to be accepted.
I hope you've got to write a book about worthiness. I would definitely support this. 💙
