Beautiful. I had its sibling - reg no FAT 845C, engine number VMT181 back in 1967-69. The plate shows it as being registered in Hull, UK in 1966, mine was 1965, supplied by a dealer called Jordan’s of Hull. The F letter on the plate is a sequential letter starting with A, two more letters denote the town or local authority where the bike was first registered then the three sequential numbers so AAT to AAT999 then BAT1 to BAT999 and so on, the AT denoting the town of original registration - in this case Hull. The D denotes the year of registration, that system started with the suffix A in 1963.
I have just seen this video and was about to say this Velocette had a Hull registration number but you beat me to it! I remember Jordan's very well; before we had our own motorbikes, we'd go down and drool at what was on offer. One of my mates had a Viper (kindly bought for him by his grandfather!). My mate was rather chubby, so when he got the bike, the registration number was FAT something or other so he got a bit of a ribbing! Happy days!
Possibly the most aesthetically beautiful motorcycle ever made.
Agreed! She is still looking for a new home!

YOu need to secure the fuel line to the carb banjo - that will pop off !
