Hate to hear that about Dijak. He never got a chance after being drafted to Raw. TNA would be a good fit for him. Slammiversary is coming up in about 3 weeks so we’ll see.
Usually if the company didn't offer you a contract extension, and nobody in HR telling you your contract is up, that means they don't want here anymore. Yes, it does feel awkward when you been with the company for years. I know TK doesn't like to fire his people. He just let their contracts expired. Djak is lucky he didn't get release as part of the mass firings.
The Dijak situation feels very similar to Cameron Grimes.. although Cameron Grimes at least got a few matches on TV.. but still they both didn't have their contracts renewed and they didn't do anything on the main roster.
It's a shame to see Dijak go, but hopefully he'll go to TNA.

Dyjack had a great match with Brodie Lee on the world's collide NXT vs smackdown a couple years ago one of the best f****** matches I've ever seen and just like Brody Lee very underrated I'm pissed

What a waste we didn't get to see it!
I will always bring this up we should have a few mid card titles for the women or give them there own brand on the umbrella of WWE we say we don’t have enough women to have their own show that’s BS
I hate that about DyJack we still have time until midnight on the 28 the thing is he could cross over to TNA with TNA and WWE working together now I can see DyJack going there and TNA picking up the contract or just pay him as long as he’s with TNA and then when he comes back to WWE they start paying him again with contract. Another thing to think about is he may be under a contract with WWE but they want it to look like he is leaving and goes to TNA as a cross over talent that works both promotions they both are under the unbrella of ENDEAVOR which I think would be a good thing. Just my opinion

Dakota was injured forever. I would think she would need to do more weekly before she’s put on a PLE. Ever since she’s recovered from her injury she’s may had three matches. And honestly they weren’t top tier matches. Mid tier maybe.
Dakota Kai might end up being a high card for TNA WWE has the ability to stack TNA with serious talent I think they'll be surprisingly big names headed there I think it's going to be bigger & better than most people think I hope I'm right & everyone benefits

He fell through the cracks. Upper management too busy with upper talents, that they are not paying attention to these guys. Then you have these so called talent relations managers doing away with talent negotiations.

Honestly it’s time for WWE to start up the WCW brand and run on a fourth channel or streaming service. There are a bunch of people that just can’t get on tv because there’s such a huge roster. Gives another place for the NXT call ups to go too.

Not surprised personally to hear about Dijak. I've been waiting for a year to hear his name on a "release" list. He had some good matches (see Keith Lee) and had talent. However he didn't have th3 charisma to carry the characters he was given. Badass biker/terminator dude, but all he does it lose. Repackaged many times and none of them got over. Same as Apollo Crews. Better for them to be released and try to make a better life somewhere else.

My guess is they probably don’t have any faith in her since she’s torn her ACL (twice) and let’s say she goes for the title and she tears her ACL again then they’re back to square one and she’s back on the disabled list

It would be cool to see new talent hold the belts but when it happens the fans are quick to cry and say “They didn’t earn it “ or “They didn’t pay their dues”
The WWE gives us wrestling stars, in turn wrestlers get there pushes by how the audience reacts, how they take to that said wrestler. If he is a face, they want to hear fans yelling and cheering and freaking out every time he comes out. Or it's opposite for a heel, if he is getting yelled at and booed and people do chants, and cut him off, he is over as hell. For some reason, after he originally got over with those great matches with Keith Lee he disappeared for a little while and came back with Retribution and after that the fans just couldn't get behind him. So they give him another shot and still this new character really never got over. It's not the WWE, for some reason he just really never connected with the fans. That is something I have noticed a lot. Most of the time fans blame the promotion when they don't really take the time to look back and see how he got treated by fans.

First off, A company is not obligated to offer you a new deal! Ethics wise is a nice thing to do. But that doesn’t make it a bad thing. Secondly, This could be best thing ever for Dijak….he’s a made man on the Indy’s. He’s making big boy money on the Indy’s right now. Thirdly, which is my belief…this could also be a work. Case in point the “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry “tearing up his contract” BS at a NJPW show. There is no way I don’t believe this isn’t a work. That guy is gold on social media! Could be going to TNA on a loan. They been weaving social media and storylines together a lot more recently. Don’t know what’s real and not anymore. It’s the new kayfabe.

It's a waste of Talent that didn't utilizing either on raw or SmackDown now he becomes a free agent now goes to ew and becomes a world champion like Dean Ambrose
They have great women talent that arent as focused upon like the chosen few that are. If there was a mid card title that can go to both raw and smackdown then there will be more women angles/stories going forward.
With Dijak not getting a new contract it proves that WWE still has a long way to go to improve from the terrible Vince era of the last 12 years . I never thought he would be a big star but he would be a great mid card talent who puts on great matches and has a good look. I don’t think AEW is right for him…he would just get buried after a few weeks after a good push since he’s the shiney new toy. I think TNA or new Japan needs to pounce on him . His matches in NXT were so good.

It’s whoever is in charge of talent relations. Has waited till the last minute with a ton of main roster stars so I have no doubt Dijack fell through the cracks. Whoever does the contracts needs to get replaced with someone competent.
It has nothing to do with that, his current contract was up. Some wrestlers don't like to discuss new contracts until the very end. The fact is he just never really got that over with fans after Retribution. Trying to be something he wasn't I think is what hurt Dijak. He should have stayed with his in ring persona when he and Keith Lee has them incredible matches.

My guess is Dijak got lost in the shuffle. With Paul hiring all previous AEW talent, NXT started becoming crowded so they sent him to the main roster that was somewhat already crowded as well. Only leaves main event, I mean speed 👀
