Wow this is amazing to see back then till now! This is my first year being in lion dance and also going to Phap Quang. I am a tail and I practice very hard and work my best! I see some people that I know in the video! This is amazing to see back then till 2018! I’m really impressed and surprised!

haha. our goal for these videos are to motivate teams to work hard and believe more in themselves. thank you for your comment... it makes us feel like we are making a difference in another to improve and build stronger. especially temple teams

I have a team at linh son temple and id say my team is pretty dam good considering they have no karate background or anything, and now sumtimes i use this vid to help them out expeically the heads.

TheShotdown24 exercise tip is that you can draw circles with your cymbals or gong on the ground. So you have circles on the ground and you jump on them that should get rid of your fear because jumping at the target on the ground is that same on the chairs. Your welcome hope this helped 😂

yea we get tired and sore. but thats all part of lion dancing. we only practice saturday and sunday for a couple hrs. its nothing all day or everyday
